You need to have a measuring tape with you just to make sure that clothes are worth trying on. Shoes-- even within the same brand, aren't standard. It's not like I don't know that I weigh more than when I graduated HS, I have a scale and a mirror.lwhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08731797783816953087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5259952795997957550.post-28041498816884281682013-06-08T08:13:37.401-05:002013-06-08T08:13:37.401-05:00I think a lot of footwear is made in the East, whe...I think a lot of footwear is made in the East, where people are more petite. My husband tried to buy another pair of the exact shoes he wears in the garden. He now needs to take 2 sizes bigger. We drew round his old pair and a new pair of the same size, you wouldn't believe the discrepancy!Kathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04003521059890699861noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5259952795997957550.post-18888876922456328202013-06-08T07:04:07.809-05:002013-06-08T07:04:07.809-05:00Lol! I am...Shoes run differently between manufacturers. I am an 8½. I bought the most beautiful pair of 8½ platform heels–I tried them on in the store, but didn't walk around in them. When I got them home, they were more like 9's. I put a little insert in at the heel and another one at the ball of the foot, but they are still pretty big. I also have a pair of size 8's that fit beautifully. A lot of sites that sell shoes will include information in the product description that says if a shoe runs true-to-size, small or large. Sometimes you have to look for it by clicking on the tabs.

In any case, I'm sorry your new shoes are too small. That is a huge disappointment, because nothing makes you feel quite as good as an awesome new pair of shoes.

xo -EElizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07980461113595763030noreply@blogger.com
